When you submit a booking request, contact form, or other inquiry through this website, you may provide information such as your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, whether you are age 18 or older, whether you are a new or returning client, your preferred artist, tattoo style, placement and side, a description of your tattoo idea, general availability, scheduling restrictions, and the city and state you are traveling from.

Booking requests may also include reference images and optional placement photos that you choose to upload. The booking form asks only whether there is a health condition the studio should be aware of; it does not ask you to describe a diagnosis or provide detailed medical information.

The website does not ask for your date of birth, Social Security number, government identification number, payment card information, or full home address as part of the booking request.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate tattoo and appointment requests, determine whether a project may be a fit for an artist, understand general scheduling needs, communicate with clients, and coordinate potential appointments.

Reference and placement images are used only for evaluating and discussing the tattoo request unless the studio separately obtains permission for another use.

Seventh Wave Tattoo Studio does not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Form Processing

This website uses Formspree to process booking and contact form submissions. When you submit a form, the information you provide is transmitted through Formspree and may be stored by Formspree and delivered to Seventh Wave Tattoo Studio by email.

If you include reference or placement photos with a booking request, those files are also transmitted through Formspree as part of the submission. Formspree operates independently and maintains its own privacy and security practices.

Website Hosting and Technical Data

This website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Like most hosting services, the infrastructure used to deliver and secure the website may process limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and server request information.

Fonts and Other Third-Party Services

This website currently loads font files from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information associated with the request, such as your IP address and browser information. Third-party services operate under their own privacy practices.

Cookies and Advertising

Seventh Wave Tattoo Studio does not currently use this website to run behavioral advertising or intentionally track visitors for advertising purposes. Age Information

The online booking form asks whether you are age 18 or older but does not request your date of birth. Age and identification may be verified separately by the studio when appropriate. If you indicate that you are under 18, the online booking flow will direct you to contact the studio rather than collecting additional age-related information through the website.
